Assistant Manager, University Scholars Programme

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of NTU-University Scholars Programme, the staff is responsible for assisting in the following areas:
**Study Abroad**
- Organise information sessions and advises students on study abroad programme
- Facilitate course matching process between scholars, home programmes and partner Universities
- Manage study abroad funding
- Assist with the preparation of statistical reports required by the programme.

**Communication/Outreach**
- Manage publicity and communication tools and platforms
- Produce collaterals such as videos, brochures and posters etc
- Plan and conduct outreach activities

**Student Club**
- Provide advice to student committee in proposals writing
- Work closely with student club in organising activities

**Alumni Relations**
- Maintain and develop effective communication as well as good relationship with the relevant offices on campus.
- Oversee the development of good relations with NTU-USP’s alumni
- Support alumni activities

**Finance Matters**
- Make necessary procurement
- Assist in tracking department budget

**Others**
- Support in any other duties that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- A degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience
- Enjoy writing and good in it
- Good data collection and analysis skills
- Well-verse in various presentation tools
- Technology savvy and able to facilitate virtual sharing sessions
- Ability to establish rapport with students
