Roles & Responsibilities

**_
Overall Job Purpose:_**
- Responsible for the maintenance of all Instrumentation and control systems of the FPSO by always complying with Integrated Management System requirements and proactively leading the team to achieve CMMS requirements for every maintenance plan.
**_
Core Responsibilities:_**
- Supervise and carry out maintenance, repair inspection activities on equipment, automation, electros systems in accordance with the Planned Maintenance System, directing and working closely with the Team (Instrument tech, Metering tech, Control System tech).
- Ensure that proper training was received from RPE prior to task execution, assisting RPE when required for all electrical switching operation.
- Contribute with the perfect functioning of the instrument, reporting deficiencies and malfunctioning, discussing and analyzing technical and spares issues with the Maintenance Superintendent as well as proposing solutions for the weak points using the technical knowledge and experience.
- Ensure critical task such as Fiscal Metering Loops are calibrated regularly according to local regulations and MODEC standard predefined by Metering Onshore Team thru the close communication with Metering technician.
- Ensure compliance with MODEC Permit to Work system, isolation standard being aware about latest revision of PTW and act as originator of PTW for the task performed by Instrumentation team.
- Ensure that high standard of housekeeping is present in the Instrumentation Workshop and as well on the worksite, performing the area inspection and direct the subordinates to act when required.
- Ensure that Critical function test of the instrument is completed according to MODEC Standard in time.
- Assure the properly follow up for the Maintenance Plan, checking if that all work orders are filled up properly into SAP.
- Assist to Planner and Maintenance Supt to review the Maintenance plan providing inputs for the plan base of technical knowledge and experience.
- Ensure that Pressure Transmitters and Indicators to be checked / calibrated regularly according to Maintenance Plan.
- Ensure all the time high quality of the service, supervising and performing Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
- Contribute to solve emergency situations, naming role of Emergency Response Team, taking part in all drills and exercises and coaching the team members when improvement point noticed.
- Responsible to follow up the MIMS system. All CAPA’S assigned to Lead I&C to be act promptly. Assist with NOI investigation.
- Act promptly for the request from Control Room Operators related to process
- Ensure that the tools used by Instrumentation team are in good condition, acting when required to discard, replace or calibrate.
- Develop a close working relationship with all Department Supervisors.
- Ensure that comprehensive hand over is created according to MODEC procedure, being aware about the Handover procedure.

Emergency Plan:_**_As per indication on the Training Matrix, Emergency Management Guide and Offshore Emergency Management, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS)._

Qualifications & Experience:_**
- Diploma in Engineering with minium of _8years on offshore Process Operations / experience Offshore oil and gas / FPSO experience during Operations Phase and 3 years with team leading role.
- Experience on Permit-to-work system, isolations system and risk assessments.
- Expected 5 years of previous experience leading a team as I&C Supervisor on FPSOs preferred.

Software_**:
Intermediate Level: Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Knowledge of Computerized Planned Maintenance System as AMOS / MAXIMO / SAP / PROP etc.

Languages:_**

Fluent spoken and written English - Mandatory.

French - Preferred as mainly deals with french speaking stakeholders.
