**Your Job**
- Develop DFM automation by developing ML models to improve yield predictability and utilizing advanced data analytics to accelerate DFM optimization learning
- Work with IP Design Teams, Design Enablement, Process Development, OPC Development to build up DFM knowledge on process and design weakpoint database
- Integrate DFM methodology and kit into IC design flow for DFM hazard avoidance or DFM fixing to be used by GF customers
- Collaborate with GF manufacturing teams globally to buildup DFM automation and ML/AI related solution to increase productivity and reduces cost

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of working experience on data analytics with semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent industry. In development methodology, critical thinking data analysis.
- Possess ability to perform basic statistical and data analysis, including correlation study with tools such as Microsoft Power Bi. Good working experience with SQL/Perl/TCL/Python are advantages.
- Demonstrated programming skills in the following for work automation:

- Scripting languages: Tcl/TK or Perl or Python or Ruby
- Database scripting (mySQL, Oracle or similar)
- Familiarity with Data Processing Tools (i.e. Spark)
- Experienced in DFM, silicon process, device and library, process modeling, silicon failure analysis, model - silicon correlation or characterization is a significant plus.

- Able to take prime ownership and take lead in assigned projects

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PhD / Masters / Degree in Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent
