As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting senior sales executives in closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Your role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services effectively. Additionally, you will maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Assist senior sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the sales manager on sales performance and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
