Responsibilities**:Role Overview**:
The Data & Change Communication Specialist will report to and work closely with our Head of Data Governance, Audit & Controls, to shepherd colleagues and contractors all over the world through the processes of changing ways of working and continual improvement, as we constantly strive to improve our products. This will mean that the person will work with projects and programmes in all areas of data governance to communicate: reasons for / updates on change projects, compliance requirements for all staff, new policies and procedures, new products produced by the Data Quality Team, and more. The person will work from Singapore in order to expand the reach of our team’s voice to our offices in APAC. Our APAC offices are located in: Singapore, Manila, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Dubai, and Bangalore. Most of the work will be conducted from Singapore. Colleagues in Singapore will include researchers and sales colleagues, who are key stakeholders for our work.

- Experience and knowledge regarding ways of working that ensure you inspire learning and change in
- these teams: technology, finance, sales, HR & research,
- as well as in diverse locations: Singapore, China, India, Europe, Australia, Japan, and to a lesser degree the USA
- Microsoft Sharepoint as a communication tool
- Basic web-site development and design
- Intranet principals for successful implementation
- Teaching skilled professionals
- A high-level of data literacy
- Professional, competent, and passionate demeanour regarding data and statistics
- Application of behavioural science knowledge
