Data Change Consultant

**Project** Description**:
This role is for one of the leading investement bank customer. Client Coverage Data is a function that sits within Commercial, Corporate & Institutional Banking (CCIB) COO organization, and is responsible for the data management activities within Client Coverage. The role of a Data Change Analyst is to primarily drive changes that will improve the overall maturity and effectiveness of the function and to support all change management activities required by the various workstreams within Client Coverage Data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an understanding of the current state of CCIB Client Coverage's data, processes, and systems
- Provide business analysis, process design, change management and data management expertise to undertake the end-to-end delivery of all projects/initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and/or technology to deliver the end-to-end change
- Understand the value the change will bring to Client Coverage, to be able to effectively communicate the benefits
- Understand dependency management across all projects/initiatives within Client Coverage Data
- Deliver all projects/initiatives within the agreed timelines
- Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Elicit and understand business requirements and identify data requirements, where applicable
- Perform business, system, and data analysis to understand the current state and to identify the impacts that the change will introduce
- Ensure that all impacts identified are addressed and managed
- Produce analysis, design and change management artefacts, such as business requirements captured in the form of use cases and/or user stories, process maps, process notes, guidance documents, business impact assessment, training and communications materials, BAU transition documents, etc.
- Design and co-ordinate all business testing activities and ensure the participation of the required end users
- Drive all the implementation activities, including training and communications
- Perform all necessary post-implementation support activities, including BAU transition / handover
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems to identify core requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to various stakeholder groups

- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritise and self-manage his/her own deliverables

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Stakeholder management skills with experience in managing various stakeholder groups

- Advocate of team multi culture and collaborative with commercial and pragmatic approach
- Excellent analysis skills with a logical approach to problem solving (Strong problem solving / analytical skills)
- Has strong attention to detail
- Excellent in creating and maintaining documentations / project artefacts
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Conversant with how data flows between processes and/or systems within the bank
- Experience working in change delivery, project planning/management, business analysis or similar role
- Experience working with data management practices will be highly advantageous
- Experience in new ways of working highly advantageous
