**Project Planning and Coordination**:
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and formwork specifications.

Develop detailed plans for formwork activities, considering project timelines, resources, and budget constraints

**Supervision and Team Management**:
Lead and manage a team of formwork workers and carpenters.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and expertise.

**Site Inspection and Quality Assurance**:
Conduct regular inspections of formwork installations to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Verify that formwork is set up accurately according to project drawings and specifications.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards.

**Safety Compliance**:
Ensure all formwork activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.

Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and audits to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.

**Resource Management**:
Manage the procurement and delivery of formwork materials.

Optimize the use of formwork components for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and control expenses related to formwork activities.

**Problem Solving**:
Address and resolve challenges or issues related to formwork construction promptly.

Collaborate with the team to find practical solutions to unforeseen problems.

**Communication**:
Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction managers.

Provide regular updates on the progress of formwork activities and address concerns.

**Documentation**:
Keep detailed records of formwork-related activities, including material usage, work performed, inspections, and modifications.

Generate reports for project managers and stakeholders as required.

**Training and Development**:
Provide training and guidance to formwork team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
