CW01 General Building |CW02 Civil Engineering | GB1 General Builder Class 1 | Maincon Company Job Description: Assembles and Dismantles system formwork (wall slabs, ceilings, etc) for complex and critical works Lead, communicate and guide a team of 6 - 8 fresh workers with little to no formwork experience Support co-workers to execute the project requirements Plan and organise work to meet expected outcomes as arranged by Project Managers, Constrcution Managers and Foremen Work in accordance with the personal health, safety and environment protocols at construction sites Ensure a safe work place for all Ad-hoc tasks as arranged by supervisors Job Requirements: At least 3 years of formwork supervisor experience Valid Work-At-Height and BCSS certs Valid Supervise Formwork Cert preferred Able to work 6 days per week, Mon - Saturday 8AM - 5PM.
