We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager to join our Wagering Control team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, the incumbent will manage the systems operations of Betting Control Centre (BCC) and assist Raceday Manager in ensuring operations readiness for all races.

**What You'll Do**
- You will manage our betting centers' (BCC) operations, including off-site and back-up BCC and recommend and execute immediate course of action in the event of an unforeseen situation or absence of Raceday Manager.
- You will coordinate with Product Planning & Development on event selection for simulast meetings.
- You will assist in Division’s IT projects and perform user acceptance tests and migration for betting systems and equipment, input and out devices and its enhancement.
- You will review quarterly/monthly/weekly operations necessity and audit requirement.
- You will assure staff development and continuous learning happens at workplace.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics.
- You will need at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- You should have good leadership qualities that can work efficiently with internal and external shareholders.
- You should have statistical and analytical knowledge with clear business thinking and strategy skills.
- You should be methodical and numerically inclined and able to derive logical assumption.
- You should have the ability to present business idea evidently with excellent writing and communication skills.
