**Roles & Responsibilities**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and administer Quality Control Systems
- Monitor restaurant outlets for internal quality standards and compliance systems
- Manage External IT Maintenance provider to ensure smooth operations of the IT systems
- Provide PC support and maintenance at corporate HQ and outlets
- Responsible for assembling and configuring a computer, installing operating systems and troubleshooting hardware (such as printer, PC, POS, etc.) and software problems
- Manage external vendors and consultants on ongoing Corporate projects
- Support Implementation and Development of Productivity Related Projects
- Assist in any ad-hoc Corporate Affairs activities as assigned in relation to the operation of the business

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Able to work independently and as well as in dynamic team
