**We're Hiring: Senior Corporate Affairs / Admin Executive**

**Department**:Corporate Affairs / Administration
**Reporting to**:Head of Corporate Affairs / Admin

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for corporate governance, administration, and strategic coordination? Join our dynamic team as a **Senior Corporate Affairs / Admin Executive**and play a key role in supporting corporate operations and governance excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and coordinate Board meeting logistics and documentation.
- Oversee office security, insurance, and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and uphold corporate governance standards (e.g., conflict of interest declarations).
- Plan, streamline, and coordinate administrative systems and procedures.
- Assist in admin budget preparation and reviews.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate risk management frameworks.
- Provide support for business operations in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Participate in corporate affairs and communication initiatives.
- Assist with social media, website management, and corporate event planning (MICE).
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate Affairs / Admin.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
- Corporate secretarial experience with solid knowledge of corporate governance practices.
- Strong written communication skills and experience in corporate communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website CMS tools, and event coordination.
- Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player with a high level of integrity.
