The Coordinator, Eurasia Pacific Corporate Affairs - Originations is responsible for supporting the Corporate Affairs Eurasia Pacific Originations Team, including the new market origination efforts. The role will also be responsible for compliance requirements for the Corporate Affairs group, as well as administrative support for the team.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Project Management- Support “One Chevron” customer-centric model delivery in Asia Pacific and globally.- Work with “One Chevron” project management office (PMO), business segments leaders and Corporate Affairs GMs to deploy playbook on how to integrate resources against strategic market priorities. Focus on engagement with Corporate Affairs advisors on playbook deployment.- Support project team needs, including meeting and interview schedules.- Support governance model that is developed in key markets to ensure sustainability.- Coordinate with Senior Advisor, Corporate Affairs-Originations and the Corporate Affairs General Managers within markets to assign resources to projects.
Project Tracking- Support development and deployment of digital tools (such as CRM tools) to report on engagements with stakeholders. Support efforts to encourage adoption of tools across business verticals.- Maintain Teams/Sharepoint sites and document repositories.
Design Effectiveness- Responsible for working with PMO on measurement and reporting of model.- Manage quantitative and qualitative measures of success, including surveys and interviews with project owners and hub team members.- Aggregate feedback to measure project output.- Facilitate lessons learned across markets.
Policy Development Support- Part of team that supports Chevron’s membership in the Asia Pacific Natural Gas and Energy Association (ANGEA), which enables dialogue between government and industry on energy security and energy transitions.- In coordination with Senior Advisor:
- Assist with the development of country specific and regional stakeholder engagement plans-
- Track research on policy developments in key markets-
- Schedule and coordinate Chevron representation at key industry events and conferences-
- Assist with Chevron inputs to reports and documents-
- Develop and update stakeholder zipper models-
- Budget: Track work against approved budgets
Strategic Partnerships- Work with General Manager and Senior Advisor on the identification and development of strategic partnerships with customers and governments.- Provide support to Corporate Business Development on engagements with key customers.- In support of ANGEA, work to develop and track engagements with regional and national governments in Asia Pacific.
Budgeting and Compliance- Manage Corporate Affairs-Originations budget. Track contractor, social investment and business membership spend through Power BI.- Manage payments for third-parties, as well as social investment and business memberships.- Manage vendor contract and work orders in conjunction with Finance and Supply Chain Management.- Support compliance on external contracts. Process grant agreements, including Easenet screening and GEMS and STARS approvals. Manage FCPA approvals for foreign delegations. Monitor compliance conditions to ensure timely close-out.
Executive Administrative Support for Corporate Affairs- Provide executive administrative assistance to the GM and the Senior Advisor of Corporate Affairs Originations, including calendaring, travel (including visa work) and expense reporting.- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings including meeting space, videoconferencing, calendaring and catering as appropriate.- Coordinate visits of external visitors and delegations, including gifts- Conduct onboarding and offboarding for the team- Maintain accurate org charts and related distribution lists- Use P-card and payments for group cell phones, supplies, catering, etc. Compile receipts for accurate reporting.- Independently complete projects by gathering, organizing and summarizing information and preparing documents from general instructions.- Presentations support. Provide basic Powerpoint presentations and coordinate with agency support, as needed.- Create and edit basic Excel documents.- On communications, the role should be a proficient communicator- draft both internal & external correspondence-

- Assist other members of Corporate Affairs and provide broader Chevron support as necessary.
Media Monitoring- Monitor traditional media and social media for policy and political developments in key markets.- Coordinate with third parties to provide regular reports on country and regional energy security, economic and environmental issues.- Experience working with agile methodology, especially Azure Dev Ops (ADO), with ability to develop Stories, etc.
