**About the Role**:
As part of the Trust & Safety Team, you will use data to identify patterns and behavior of errant users and in turn, improve processes to foster and build a safe and conducive carsharing community amongst GetGo users. You will conduct investigations and analyze evidence to identify these users and take the necessary educational or enforcement measures against them. You will interview select users and where required, liaise with internal departments and relevant authorities to take recalcitrant offenders to task.

**Day to Day Activities**:

- Conduct fraud investigations to build strong cases against persons of interest misusing GetGo’s fleet and platform
- Correspond with users and provide them with updates on the status of our investigations
- Review evidence from various sources including but not limited to information from our Fleet Operations, Fleet Quality, and Customer Experience teams
- Perform data-driven analysis and identify trends and patterns to build and enhance GetGo’s risk detection engine
- Consolidate evidence, substantiate findings and suggest improvements or addition to our fraud detection logic
- Propose technology and system enhancements relating to trust and safety
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that GetGo users are adhering to the terms of service and community rules

**About You**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an enforcement or trust and safety role
- Self-motivated, analytical and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data
