**What you'll be doing**:

- Gain a strong grasp of the assortment, internal processes, and commonly used tools and resources.
- Take full ownership of the demand planning S&OP cycle, including monthly forecast revisions, strike price management, and assortment analysis.
- Partner effectively with the SCO team to troubleshoot and resolve baseline forecast challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Category Planning and Sales Planning teams to provide actionable sales and forecast insights that help address category-specific issues.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Proven experience in **SKU-level demand forecasting**, with the ability to manage complexity across categories and regions.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**, with a track record of identifying drivers of demand and correcting forecast deviations.
- Excellent **communication skills**, capable of conveying technical concepts and data-driven insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
