Responsible for generating unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy for Electrification; Smart Buildings division at Singapore location. Reporting to the Hub Asia Sales Operations Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Being responsible for assembling and analyzing all data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan
- Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with consolidation of the worldwide demand plan
- Obtaining Sales’ sign-off on the demand plan for input to the Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Working with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy.
- Especially for systems businesses, the demand planner needs to include bid & proposal, project execution and reconciliation with finance.
- Working with Product Management team to coordinate new product launches, phase outs and platform changes etc.
- Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units levels, recommends SKU rationalization initiatives and feeds them into the inventory check book

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in purchasing, inventory, supply or demand planning functions
- Proficient in oral and written English communications
- Knowledge and practical experience in using MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
- Diploma in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred
- ERP experience, specifically SAP ECC and APO is preferred
- Excellent team player.
