Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works for ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Alarm/Fire Protection services, Audio/Video system, Security and Concierge Services.
- Attend to helpdesk requests/Works Orders requests pertaining to Facilities/Building related matters.
- Respond to all equipment or services breakdown.
- Escort contractors for all scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc works.
- To support in meeting rooms, events(include VVIP special events) set-ups when needed which include liaise with Security Command HQ, Embassy representative and oversea guests.
- Liaise and manage CCTV system and retrieve footage when required by Building management.
- Escort and monitor all M&E contractors to ensure timely completion in accordance to specifications and scope of works.
- Conduct daily inspection, identify building defects and arrange to rectification works.
- Source for suitable M&E and building contractors to carry out the planned maintenance and improvement works.
- Oversee the health and safety management. Ensure proper submission of all licence and risk assessment documentation by hard services contractors.
- Prepare, monitor and maintain site records and submit monthly report, and other reports(CAPEX or OPEX) or information relevant to the maintenance works and services to client.
- Attend to and evaluate the extent of damages to building, facilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary systems and equipment caused by fire, flood, accidents, vandalism, vibration and the like and submit together with a Damage and Recommendation Report to client for consideration.
- Notify client and act immediately upon being alerted of any accident and/or incident that results in damages and/or loss to properties and/or injuries and/or deaths to persons in the Contract Area.
- Check, inspect and manage the maintenance of fire-fighting equipment, take part in table-top exercise and assist in fire drill with respective clients as and when required
- Ensure facilities compound is secured for our client to work.
- Facilitate routine building inspections and certification under our contract.
- Propose, evaluate and implement sustainability initiatives/projects/events for assigned sites
- All other duties as assigned by the FM and to cover duty of the FM in his absence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Architectural Technology and Building Services, Sustainable Built Environment or others. FSM Preferred
- Minimum 2 Years or relevant working experience.
