HR Executive

A HR Executive works in the Human Resources field and assists in the proper staffing of DSV Solutions. He/ She will meet with members of management and identify job openings; and seek out/ headhunt qualified applicants for available positions. He/ She will also participate in the hiring process, assist new hires with completing paperwork under onboarding process and assist on required training need from operations team.
Additionally, this position relies heavily on interpersonal skills, organization, and ability to recruit talent with deep insight into the needs of the company tend to excel in the position of talent acquisition specialist.
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Meet with Department Head to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
- Responsible for staff's grievance & staff confirmation issue
- Responsible for the HR System management
- Be Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/ management deem fit.
**Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, or relevant field.
- Min. 2 years of human resources, talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
- Must possess excellent oral/written communication, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
