**ROLE**
The CFO is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the school’s financial health, driving fundraising initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and investment management, with proven experience in fundraising and private equity.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with the school’s mission and growth plan.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, audit, tax, and risk management functions.
- Drive fundraising efforts, including private equity, private fund, and institutional investors.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
- Manage relationships with auditors, bankers, regulators, and investors.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and mentor a finance team to support organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards and education-related regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience in both financial institutions (audit/finance firms) and corporate environments (buy-side or sell-side).
- Proven fundraising experience, ideally within private equity or education-related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment.
