Centre Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate activities for seniors in the Activities Centre, such as educational talks and stretch band exercises, to ensure its optimal utilization.
- Support in coordinating meetings and activities run by the Centre, collaborating with volunteers, trainers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with volunteers, trainers, staff, and other stakeholders to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Centre, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain basic cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of the Centre, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for seniors and volunteers.
- Maintain accurate records of attendees for all activities, ensuring attendance is properly documented and tracked.
- Take responsibility for the accountability and maintenance of all equipment and assets within the Centre, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available when needed.
- Keep detailed records of all items entering and leaving the Centre, maintaining an organized inventory to ensure efficient management of resources.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of both seniors and volunteers within the Centre, implementing appropriate safety measures and protocols.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on the activities organized, including attendance figures, feedback received, and any notable achievements or challenges encountered.
**Other Ad Hoc Duties**
- Any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or Executive Director
**Requirements**:
- A passion to work for a non-profit organisation.
- Experience in event organising and people management will be advantageous.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eloquent with communication skills and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
- Resourceful and well-versed in Microsoft Office, organised and detailed oriented.
- Must be willing to work at 933 Jurong West.
