DESIGNATION : Centre Supervisor (Active Ageing Care Hub)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Centre Supervisor will be overall in-charge to ensure the smooth running of the Active Ageing Care Hub (AACH). Oversee daily operations and administrative matters, work with volunteers, grassroots, schools, etc. on activities and programmes for the Seniors.
- Co-ordinate support services and organize activities for the seniors in the identified block of HDB rental flats
- Develop and implement outreach plans to seniors
- Ensure that the activities and programmes in the AACH promotes a community climate of multi-racial tolerance, harmony and co-operation among residents
- Recruit, supervise, engage volunteers to help run or assist in the AACH's programmes
- Supervise and guide the staff in the AACH to deliver their duties
- Prepare timely report on AACH programmes and activities to the management and funders of the programme
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Social Service or GCE 'A' level with at least 2 years of related working experience
- Possess experience in running operations or Active Ageing Centres
- Possess passion and empathy in helping the elderly
- Possess good interpersonal skills
