Job Description: Connect Energy partner with a marine engineering company specialized in FPSO project to look for the following role to join their team in Singapore **Responsibilities**: - Manage the information and Data hand over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with agreed procedures - Review client's information and Data Management requirements for the project and develop the information and Data Management related documentations (e.g strategy, plan, procedures, templates and guidelines) to be concluded in the projects setup - Monito all information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addresses, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary - Coordinate all project teams to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied with - Ensure each team member understands his/her role and responsibilities related to the Project Information and Data Management Plans - Partner with Disciplines Managers to ensure adequate number of qualified staff are assigned to the project to meet quality, budget and schedule requirements per project contract - Company has started to focus on complying with information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial, as such this person who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards information and Data Management - Coordinate with Digital / IT team to ensure the Project DB and Tools are properly set up as per requirements - Enterprise Data Platform / Data Management program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in Company, hence great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital / IT team is required - Coordinate and interface with Clients' PIC on all aspects of information and Data Management - Identify issues related to data quality and coordinate with support / stakeholders populating the data to elimiate the issues - It is critical to establish Process as well as disseminate the good understanding towards importance of data quality from stakeholders populating data - Develop data quality objectives for the project with adequate KPIs to reflect the Project Information and Data Management Status **Requirements**: - Min. 10 years experience in offshore oil & gas industry - Min 5 years in similar role and/or project management role relating to digital / IT - Proven experience in managing Engineering Information management systems, IT infrastructure and services - Familiar with Digital transformation - Degree in IT or equivalent - Master degree an advantage - Good understanding of systems and software related EPCI and O&M (e.g AVEVA< SAP, EDMS, Completion, CMMS) - Management and leadership skills - Good team player - Willing to work at Jurong East vicinity.
