Operations Executive

**Job Duties**:

- Plan monthly training calendar for HR Law Academy
- Document sign up and facilitate registration of workshops and tracking payments.
- Manage and update websites of HR Law Academy
- Preparing invoices to corporate customers and track payments.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Market and sell training room rental slots
- Preparing invoices to customers for training room sales
- Administrative duties such as filling of documents and submission of financial reports to outsourced accountant.
- Maintains professional and technical expertise in answering queries posed by customers for both HR Law academy and SynergyRoom
- Setting up of Training Rooms (arranging seating arrangement for classroom, seminar, cluster seating ), and ensure cleanliness of entire training rooms.
- Ensure audio system, projectors, lightings, etc, are in working conditions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Overall in-charge in the absence of Operations Manager and Executive Director.

**Any other assignments may be assigned from time to time, but it will be within the ambit of the job responsibilities of an Operations Executive.
**Job Specification**:

- **At least GCE O level. Preferably obtained ITE certification.**
- **Completed national service if applicable.**
- **Job nature is physical in nature as you will need to set up training rooms i.e. arranging seating arrangements such as classroom, seminar, cluster setting.
