You will be providing administrative support to the team. Your duties include:
**Responsibilities**

Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.
Perform general administrative duties not limited to:
Tracking and upkeeping e2i’s calendar of events
Provide different reporting and tracking including collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget tracking, claims document verification and tracking on a daily or monthly basis.
Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation of letters, printing, scanning, filing, receipts/deliveries of documents and materials from partners.
Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:
Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Good command of spoken and written English
Possess good communication skills.
Meticulous & Independent with good coordination skills.
Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
Able to work on weekends - will be given time-off

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 42.5 per week

**Salary**: $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
