**Job Details**:

- To manage and coordinate order with customer and support the field service engineers at site, to handle both IR F&B (Food and Beverage) and YPS (Oil and Gas & Pharmaceutical customer base) order.
- To process warranty order and follow up with factory on warranty claim and part replacement.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor assigned service jobs
- To monitor growth and financial performance of the specific assigned service sites
- To manage the service products sold to ensure smooth execution
- To ensure that the job is carried out in a timely manner and within the allocated budget.
- Teamwork within the service sales team and across the organization
- To process warranty claim and coordinate with factory
- To keep track replacement part delivery and documentation
- Coordinating with customers on the service visits
- Coordinating with field service engineer for work preparations
- Meeting with customer to discuss on the job scope and requirements.
**- **Preparing and briefing the service engineers before each visits **.
- Preparing and coordinating the delivery of required parts, tools and consumables for the job.
- Follow up on the recommendations from service engineers after each visit.
- **Follow up on visit closure, necessary documents signed by customer and submit for invoicing.**:

- Execution of business operation and conduct are to conform to JC Singapore policies.
- Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.
- Responsive to customer on urgent callout, and take immediate action Foster strong customer relationship with all customers enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
- Maintain high morale and team spirit in the office environment
- To observe, promote and practice JC culture and leadership quality’s
- Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior
- Follow up payment or credit note to the warranty part.
- Arrange service engineer for part replacement
- Arrange part delivery to oversea site and coordinate with courier and logistics for custom clearance documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Diploma onwards or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process)
- Relevant experience in HVAC / Refrigeration or similar industry is added advantage
- Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
- Must be a proactive team player
- Broad based engineering background Process Refrigeration knowledge
