**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform installation, replacement, maintenance, and removal of smart electricity meters at consumers’ premises
- Perform commissioning and decommissioning of smart electricity meters at consumers’ premises
- Perform on-site accuracy testing of meters at consumers’ premises
- Liaise with consumers/contractors/LEW on metering work
- Attend to and resolve consumers’ feedback on-site
- Support and attend to metering related work requests from other departments
- Attend to metering irregularities and perform necessary troubleshooting and rectification work.
- Compile site work documentation for daily update and data entry
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

**What You’ll Need**:

- Nitec in Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines
- A team player with good working attitude, interpersonal skill and able to work independently.
- Familiar with IT and mobile solutions and conversant in Microsoft Office
- Able to perform overtime after office hours and public holidays if required
- Experience in customer service and field support roles would be an advantage
- Class 3 driving license is added advantage
