**Teacher Assistant/Receptionist**

**Requirements**:

- **Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education L1 & L2.**:

- **Previous experience in working with children with diverse learning needs, including special educational needs**:

- **Previous experience in a child-care facility, student care or school is required.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Handle day-to-day operational functions for an International School.**:

- **Answer phone calls, greet visitors and provide information to parents and students.**:

- **Act as a relief teacher in the teacher’s absence if required.**:

- **Assist teachers in daily bringing students from the school bus drop-off point to school.**:

- **Monitoring of bus and students’ attendance daily.**:

- **Responsible for the safety and well-being of children in the school environment.**:

- **Student supervision duties such as oversight of students at recess and playtime.**:

- **Distribution of the students’ lunch boxes.**:

- **Cooperate with the school to organize various teaching or holiday camp activities.**:

- **Student support as and when required.**:

- **Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials and providing in class support to teachers when required.**:

- **Teaching English as a foreign language (EAL), assisting students who need help with reading.**:

- **Any other duties as assigned by the Head of School and management.**

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
