DESIGNATION : [Hyundai Global Service] Sales Support
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle variety of spare parts for marine engine, machinery equipment (ship’s spare)
- Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
- Maintain commercial and technical data accuracy
- Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Review database for periodic reporting needs
- Nurture business relationship by building rapport with existing / new customers
- Provide support for sales team's projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Attentive to data accuracy
- Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus
- Fluent English and Korean speaking skills to communicate with native Korean management team

- Entitled to 15 days of annual leave, with additional one day given upon every completed year of continuous service till maximum of 21 days.
- Location: Suntec City
- Working hours: Mon - Thu 08:30 ~ 18:00, Fri 08:30 ~ 17:30
