**Purpose Statement**

Leads the development of data enablement domain to drive and support capability growth of data analytics and insights extraction across business stakeholder departments via consumption of data.

**Roles & responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and support enablement framework of data & analytics capacity building for the wider organization in the use of data for valuable insights.
- Act as data coach to partner with business stakeholders to progress along analytics maturity curve with concrete business values. Design and implement self-service analytics capability programs for business users, including enablement initiatives as workshops, self-paced learning path, community onboarding & sharing, and analytics & story telling coaching.
- Maximize data consumption and minimize data processing flow duplication.
- Lead analysis and tracking of data consumption to share insights for actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Strong design, build and manage experience on enterprise level data platform and self-service analytics eco system with proven track record of improving hands-on data literacy of large number of users.
- relevant hands-on experience of at least 5 years with minimum 3 years of experience in design, development and managing data consumption layers, including data warehouse, APIs, enterprise level cloud based self-service analytics platform, including data flow control, modeling/schema, data packaging and sharing control, security, optimization, and performance tuning, etc.
- Expertise of analytics engineering behind dashboard in Microsoft Power BI online, Power platform services and Tableau required.
- Working knowledge of SQL required.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets required.
- Must be keen in continuous learning
- Working experience and knowledge of data enablement or data literacy in a regional capacity, with different cultures and across different time zones
- Proven track record of working with all levels of stakeholders in fast-paced environment
- A self-starter that works under consultative direction toward pre-determined long-range goals and objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.

- Be able to be forward looking and keep an eye on market trends for ideation or adoption in the mid to long term
- Team management experience
