Description:

- Develop new products (Singapore and Malaysia) aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
- Negotiate rates with local operators, including exclusive arrangements and service agreements.
- Continuously analyze and research the market (sales/competitors) to make recommendations for adjustments ensuring product marketability.
- Collaborate closely with local operators to create exclusive itineraries and destination recommendations.
- Coordinate with Operations for each new launch to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Maintain updated budgeting, operational instructions, sales kits, and platforms according to the latest approved pricelist by management.
- Attend travel trade shows and industry functions to research and develop products and build relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide product briefings and relevant sales instructions, educating them periodically to enhance margin management.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Travel Agency or OTAs handling product management.
- Ability to multitask and fulfill the roles of both product manager and product educator.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. One of the main target markets is China.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
