**[What you will be working on]**

1. Security Management
- Manage day-to-day physical security operations of all NLB premises but not limited to access control system, CCTV system, security officer management, standard operating procedures (SOP), security audits & incident management, Security policies.
- Assist in the management and development of NLB’s physical security infrastructure, systems, and assets for existing and new facilities and buildings
- Engagement of security contractors to review existing procedures and to implement new initiatives to improve the overall physical security standards of NLB.
- Conduct safety and security checks for compliance with the sectoral regulatory requirements.Identify, investigate and/or resolve security incidents

2. Contract Management
- Plan and execute security related projects
- Plan and manage tender process for security related projectsContract & Contractor management

3. Procurement support
- Plan and manage procurement process
- Manage the various Fund sources
- Verify invoices for goods/ services received

**[What we are looking for]**
- 2 to 13 years of relevant experience
- Professional certifications in Physical Security preferred
- Prior experience in government procurement policies & guidelines preferred
- Self-motivated, responsible, possess good interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment

The successful applicant will first be appointed on a 2-year contract basis.
