**Pre-Operations Engineer, onshore (Singapore, China, Guiana & Brazil)**
- Provide support on pre-operations daily routine
- Support the Pre-Operation Manager to revise the project ensure that best practice has been applied
- Ensure that the lessons learnt are been incorporated on project Write and keep the pre-operational philosophy and standards up to date, with support from relevant departments;
- Ensure the attendance, during the Engineering Precision Controls and Instrumentation stage, of all regulatory standards and applicable laws for the country where the FPSO will operate
- Assist the Pre-Operations Manager on administrative and managerial tasks to add value to the pre-operational fleet.
- Previous experience with FPSO is mandatory and experience as onshore operations is a plus
- Necessary previous knowledge of Maintenance, MOCs, logistics. Gas and Oil treatment basic knowledge is desirable.
- Full understanding and previous experience with Brazil law and NR’s is mandatory, as well the understanding of IBP SPIE program
- Valid Crea license is mandatory to perform the activity as Operations Engineer. Engineer will need to work in Guiana after first oil so need to have allowance to work in Guiana and Brazil as well
- Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory. Availability to travel to Singapore, Brazil, Guiana and China is required
- Must have availability to go to China to visit the shipyard;
- Fluent Portuguese speakers are mandatory;
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering is expected;
- Postgraduate in Specialization of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering with emphasis on exploration and production of petroleum is expected;
- Engineer graduation is mandatory
- Skills: Knowledge of Management of Change, Risk Management and HSSE system, Process Safety, budget management, Offshore oil & Gas.
