Critical to success will be the ability to produce high quality research. Being seen as a thought leader setting industry trends, the lead will be responsible for the development of research themes and conveying these themes in an effective manner both in a written and verbal medium.
- The person must be comfortable speaking to senior level executives, and being able to convey ideas in an effective and actionable manner.
- Working across the three product and service areas, of research, custom and events, the public sector lead must be able to manage resources, to enable successful delivery of projects for clients, often within short timelines. Working across countries and other research teams the lead will need to manage multiple projects at once.
- The role will include team management, business development, P&L management, proposal generation, and product and service development.

**Qualifications & Traits**:

- Deep understanding of public sector (Government - local / Federal, Health, Education...)
- Good knowledge of technology
- Effective in both verbal and writing when presenting / packaging research deliverables to the clients and public
- Experience in delivery of consulting projects
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Effective team leader and capable of managing remote workers
- Good personality
- Easy going / good sense of team work; proactive in achieving company / team goals
- Tenacious
