Are you ready to be at the forefront of **Ogury’s expansion** in **Singapore’s fast-moving AdTech market**? We’re looking for a **Senior Sales Manager** who thrives on **hunting for new business**, **driving revenue**, and building strong relationships with **top-tier advertisers, agencies, and DSPs**. As a **Senior Sales Manager**, you’ll be a key driver of **Ogury’s success in Singapore**, identifying **exciting new business opportunities** and helping to shape our **go-to-market strategy**. You’ll collaborate closely with our **global team**, uncover **growth potential**, advocate for our **innovative programmatic solutions**, and educate both **internal and external partners** on Ogury’s capabilities.

This role is more than sales—it’s about **shaping the future of Ogury in Singapore**. You’ll play a vital part in **expanding our footprint**, influencing **strategy**, and driving **business outcomes** that matter.

This is a **hybrid role** based in our **Singapore office**, where we encourage team members to come in **2 days per week**. Being **in-office** supports stronger **collaboration**, fosters a **vibrant team culture**, and allows for face-to-face connection with colleagues across the region. You’ll get the best of both worlds—**flexible work** while staying connected to your **team** and the broader **Ogury community**.

Reporting directly to our **Head of Sales**, you will **lead local revenue efforts**, execute **sales initiatives**, and actively **hunt for opportunities** to grow Ogury’s presence in **Singapore**.

- ** Drive and own new business growth across agencies & brands in Singapore**, contributing directly to Ogury’s expansion in the region by identifying high-potential opportunities and executing strategic sales plans.
- ** Maximize revenues through close collaboration with the Singapore and SEA sales teams**, ensuring alignment on targets, sharing best practices, and driving coordinated efforts to achieve success in the market.
- ** Develop sales initiatives and customized package offerings** that address the specific needs of clients, effectively communicate Ogury’s unique value proposition, and differentiate our solutions in a competitive landscape.
- ** Leverage industry relationships to open new doors**, cultivating meaningful connections with key decision-makers, agency partners, and brand stakeholders to expand Ogury’s reach and strengthen market presence.
