**Job Overview**:The Fund Administrator at Jenga Accounting will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' investment management operations by ensuring accurate and efficient administration of various funds. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fund Accounting**:Perform daily, monthly, and annual accounting functions for various funds, including reconciliations, valuations, and performance reporting.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks.

**Client Interaction**:Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing regular reports, and maintaining positive relationships.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and organized records of fund activities, transactions, and financial statements.

**Portfolio Analysis**:Analyze investment portfolios and provide insights on fund performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements and performance reports to clients and relevant authorities.

**Investor Relations**:Assist in managing investor communications, responding to investor queries, and addressing fund-related issues.

**Auditing**:Coordinate with external auditors and regulators during audits and examinations.

**Process Improvement**:Continuously seek opportunities to enhance fund administration processes and reporting mechanisms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fund administration or related roles.
- Proficiency in fund accounting software and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
