**Job description**:
- Responsible for the recruitment of the Singapore branch, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews;
- Formulate suitable recruitment strategies for the company based on Singapore government incentive policies;
Responsible for employee onboarding, probation, and resignation procedures;
- Assist in handling employee labor disputes and related matters, ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Participate in the development of employee training programs and conduct regular evaluations;
Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.
**Requirements**:
- At least a bachelor's degree, with priority given to majors in human resources, business administration, or related fields;
- Familiar with local recruitment regulations, government incentive policies, and labor laws in Singapore;
- Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and execution skills;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced company environment and possess a strong team spirit.
