**WHAT is this role about?**:
Our Corporate Development team is looking for a Finance Specialist (Part-Time) to support our corporate finance functions.
A snippet of what you will be involved in:
- Managing of expenses and accounts payables in our accounting system
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts in our accounting system
- Claims management and disbursement
- Coordinating with our Commercial team on invoicing and accounts receivables
- Assisting in GST filing
- Preparation of monthly expense and revenues reports
This is a part-time role that involves working 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
**WHO should consider?**:
If you are someone who:
- Holds professional qualifications (ACCA/CA), or a diploma/degree in accounting or finance
- Is experienced in GST returns, IRAS tax, and statutory audit requirements
- Is confident in communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including on invoicing and overdue payment matters
- Takes initiative and can work independently, but is also a team player
