Position Overview

With our strong business growth globally, we are now looking for Cloud Security Architect (Financial Risk Control) to join our fast growing Tencent Cloud business in Singapore. He/she will own the pre-sales cycle and commercialise our financial risk control security products in the banking and fintech industries across Southeast-Asia.

Product Overview

The Risk Control Platform (RCP) is a one-stop intelligent risk control solution based on Tencent's intelligent risk control technology and anti-fraud capabilities, combined with successful financial service infrastructure output experience. It helps clients establish a smart risk control system platform necessary for their business. The platform provides real-time and centralized intelligent risk management services. By integrating modules such as data collection, data cleansing, feature processing, rule models, and top-level scenarios, it forms an end-to-end service platform that aligns with real-world risk control scenarios.
- Responsible for curating and structuring financial risk control products and solutions suited for Southeast-Asian B2B financial markets.
- Keep abreast on the evolving ecosystem of financial risk control and fintech industries in Southeast Asia. Continuous familiarity with the business processes of financial institutions locally and regionally.
- Propose innovative solutions that meet local market demands. Drive internal and external discussions and implement the most effective solutions.
- Plan mid-to-long term direction of international product lines to push for iterative development and achieve internationally recognised standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Strong Familiarity with financial risk control security product systems and fintech companies across the SEA region. Able to guide and participate in the construction of specific financial risk control security products.
- Excellent understanding of financial risk control security regulations in various Southeast Asian countries.
- Familiar with B2B commercialization processes, with practical experience in solution development and business models. Experience in building products from scratch is a plus.
- Experience in modeling is preferred.
- Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese Mandarin due to the needs of driving product discussions with clienteles and the China headquarters
- Personal attributes: Strong ability to handle pressure and self-motivated. Results-oriented with good collaboration skills. Possess a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to complete projects.
