Payroll Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Collect, calculate, and input payroll data to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records.
- Prepare statutory payroll documents, including IR21, IR8A, leave pay, and claims, in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Handle employee tax clearance matters efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the payroll software system, ensuring its functionality aligns with operational needs.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties related to payroll and HR as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
- Hands-on experience with **Sage Easypay**payroll software is preferred.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
