**Analyst / Associate, Talent Team**

**GCBDA TT,**MUFG Bank, Ltd**

Talent Strategy has always been the key agenda and heart of GCIB APAC (Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Asia Pacific) Business Strategy. GCBDA - Talent Team will be partner closely with Business Heads in driving developmental programs to focus and align Talent strategy with Business strategy in GCIB.

The Team will drive systematic and pro-active talent development programs and embed a Learner-environment in GCIB APAC; promote a coaching and mentoring approach to performance management; emphasise engagement and drive inclusion and diversity. The Team will also oversee the internship and trainee programs in GCIB APAC, which represent our strategic foundational talent initiatives.

As part of the member in GCBDA - TT, you will be exposed in identifying, planning, coordinating and training and development programs for GCIB APAC staff.

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support Head of Talent Team in planning and executing any training programs and maintain training schedules.
- Assist to identify training interventions for GCIB APAC staff/leaders.
- Closely track the effectiveness of the training programs and conduct surveys with participants and managers to assess and evaluate the outcome of programs.
- Work with Head of Talent Team to establish a series of knowledge nuggets on learning, coaching, leadership and DEI.
- Support in managing the Graduate Trainee Program by coordinating the rotation schedules and any regional assignment(s)
- Plan and execute internship activities for GCIB SG interns.
- Assist in data analytics by preparing, analyzing and evaluating reports when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any of the following areas: Human Resources, Training and development, Organization Development, Sociology or Psychology
- For Associate: minimum 3 years’ experience in Training and Development
- For Analyst: minimum 1 year experience in Training and Development
- With strong interest and passion in talent management and development; staff engagement and DEI
- Knowledge in Pivot table and V-lookup is a plus
- Proactive team player with good interpersonal communication skills and writing skills.
