**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Junior Florist** to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced florists while developing your skills in flower arrangement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing floral arrangements
- Support senior florists with daily store operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio
- Care for and condition flowers to ensure freshness
- Help with unpacking, trimming, and storing floral supplies

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 0-2 years of experience in floristry or a related field
- A passion for flowers, creativity, and design
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good time management and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of color coordination and aesthetics

**Working Schedule**
5-day work week: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
