**What You'll Do**
As a **Youth Empowerment Trainer**, you will:

- **Deliver Transformative Training**: Conduct engaging and impactful sessions that inspire youth to reach their potential.
- **Mentor Emerging Talent**: Develop and guide Training Associates, shaping the next generation of trainers.
- **Innovate Curriculums**: Design fresh, relevant training materials to address today’s challenges.
- **Manage Operations**: Ensure smooth program delivery through effective administration.
- **Connect Digitally**: Use social media to engage with youth and extend your reach.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking a passionate individual with:

- A strong desire to empower and inspire youth.
- Energy and relatability to connect with young audiences.
- A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Experience in training, teaching, or youth mentorship (preferred).
- Familiarity with Singapore’s education system (MOE, CCA, etc.) is a bonus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- An interest in leveraging social media for youth engagement.
