About the team
Ecommerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for a Policy & Education Program Manager to join our team to help develop and execute our Policy & Education tooling and infrastructure strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Policy & Education infrastructure roadmap development and execution. You will work closely with leadership and Product teams to develop and refine the tooling roadmap for Policy & Education.
- Gather and document detailed requirements for new and existing systems, ensuring they align with the needs of Policy Operations in order to advance our policy publication capabilities.
- Establish partnerships with global cross-functional teams, including PR, legal, strategy teams, product teams, and business leaders to build, standardise, and optimise our policy operations.
- Utilise strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyse trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve overall processes to increase end user satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- 5+ years of work experience as a Program Manager or Systems Analyst with a focus on enhancing operational tools and product features within a large matrix environment.
- Experience in drafting product or business requirement documents.
- Experience working with technical teams.
- Influencing and writing persuasive business cases.
- Outstanding organisational, communication, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Experience working with data and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, working in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Experience working as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager.
- Experience working in a multinational tech company.
- International experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
