In this role, you will be responsible for crafting inventive and practical design solutions for our diverse array of projects. Your primary responsibilities will encompass generating conceptual designs, creating detailed drawings, collaborating closely with project teams, and ensuring the successful realization of projects from inception to conclusion. Your creative ingenuity and technical proficiencies will be instrumental in turning our clients' visions into tangible accomplishments.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Devise innovative and pragmatic design concepts that align with project objectives.
- Create precise and comprehensive architectural drawings utilizing industry-standard software.
- Foster close collaboration with project teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration of design components.
- Conduct research and analysis to guide design choices and adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively conveying design ideas and addressing client input.
- Cooperate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the prosperous execution of projects. - Monitor project advancement, guaranteeing the accomplishment of design milestones and deadlines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enrich design capabilities.
- Contribute to a cooperative and positive work atmosphere that nurtures innovation and creativity within the team.

**_Requirements: _**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional certification is advantageous.
- Exhibit proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Possess a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Showcase exceptional design and visualization skills, as evidenced by an impressive project portfolio.
- Demonstrate strong adeptness in problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate harmoniously within a team.
- Display capability in managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with sustainable design principles and technologies.
- Bring experience in working on a diverse range of architectural projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and institutional.
