**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for architectural projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectureProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
