Singapore ENSIGN INFOSECURITY (CYBERSECURITY) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of Infra engineers to provide operational support of the infrastructure including network, systems and storage, including fault resolutions in order to meet operational SLA
- Institute strong governance to lead and direct the infra teams with standard processes and workflows.
- Work with the security team to remediate findings from security assessments
- Ensure that existing procedures are followed and that all procedures are documented in accordance with guidelines.
- Plan, provide and present any Change Request required on infrastructure related systems for approval before any changes can be made.
- Identify and define service delivery risks and offer, own, and manage risk mitigation strategies. Identify chronic operational and security issues, and ensure they are managed appropriately.
- Ensure delivery of required reports on infrastructure performance and capacity to Operation Manager
- Prepare and submit incident reports to Operation Manager on infrastructure-related incidents

**Requirements**:

- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of professional work experience in the IT operations environment with knowledge in network, systems, visualization and/or storage. Experience in government environment is preferred
- Relevant product certifications (such as CCNP, VMware, RHCE, SAN storage) are preferred
- Strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential issues, and develop action/mitigation plan.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assist/advise support engineers in establishing appropriate priorities as well as demonstrated ability to manage customer projects and portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to mentor/train staff.
