Our client is a financial back-office services provider based in Singapore, backed by tier-1 VC and angel investors. They aim to help high-growth startups and funds on their growth journey with a corporate finance and data room platform with a high-touch back-office consulting firm for startups globally. Their services include corporate services, legal services, financial operations, investment analysis, and more - giving founders peace of mind and allowing them to focus on growth.

As the Growth Manager, you will be part of a highly motivated account management team focused on acquiring new accounts and servicing and executing account plans. You will be mostly client-facing, working with the startup ecosystem, but will also spend some time on product development and research.

**Your core responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and executing business development and sales strategies to acquire new business.
- Servicing client accounts promptly, ensuring that they are well supported with back office, operational, marketing, legal, finance, as well as corporate development work.
- Researching market positioning methods and ensuring that the business is up-to-date and informed.
- Attending events and networking events.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Maintaining an accurate record of company and client data.
- Executing account plans to grow high-potential clients within their business plans.
- Meet and maintain sales revenue goals and sales activity.
- Proactively maintaining account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- A background in accounting and finance.
- 5 years of experience in growth, business development, sales or related customer-facing roles.
- You are service-oriented and client-centric, with the ability to be organised and responsive to clients.
- You enjoy going to startup events for client acquisition and brand building and establishing relationships with channel partners and corporate service providers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage, and dynamic startup culture.
- An interest in Web3.
