Project Manager

Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead project planning efforts, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project team members to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood by all parties.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services required for construction, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to obtain the best value for the organization.
- Oversee construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and best practices.
- Manage project finances, tracking expenses, reviewing change orders, and addressing budget variances to maintain profitability and financial accountability.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Lead project meetings, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and assigning action items to keep project teams aligned and focused on achieving project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting teamwork and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant local experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree majored in civil engineering or other relevant fields recognized by PEB (Professional Engineers Board).
- Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) certification.
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Proficiency on computer program and engineering software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence and exceed client expectations.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
