- As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will report to the Senior Director of Finance.

**Working with a small team, we would like you to**:

- Ensure that all trade receivable functions in the department are being handled and documented properly
- Oversee daily AR reconciliation, credit notes and vouchers
- Manage and prepare daily and monthly AR reconciliation, accrual of journal entries, month-end closing and AR GST reports
- Identify and evaluate credit risk and assess credit history of clients
- Regularly monitor debtors aging, collections, and reconciliation
- Personally handle overdue payment (visit, negotiate, analyse and report) in accordance with the collections procedures
- Assist AP team with daily posting of Invoices when required.
- Ensure financial and business-related legislative compliance are met
- Review and implement internal control procedures and policies in AR team
- Support digitalization of Finance processes
- Support the Management with special projects and business change initiatives

**ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES**
- Strong knowledge in AR, credit control, collections, reporting, credit evaluation, accounting and finance
- Effective and fast problem solving and resolution
- Ability to work independently and thrive on a dynamic working environment
- Highly organised with good project management and analytical skills
- Good organizing skills and prioritization capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with the use of technology, social media, and paperless business processes
- Proficient in MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Ready to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings, based on the demands of the business

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Accounting and Finance/ACCA or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in digitalized accounting environment with 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Good knowledge of Accounting standards in Singapore
- Fluent in spoken and written English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,200.00 per month
