**Responsibilities**:

Monitor and analyze market trends, news, and events that may impact trading positions.

Collaborate with the trading team to share insights, discuss trading strategies, and seek guidance when needed.

Adhere to risk management protocols and guidelines to protect capital and minimize potential losses.

Maintain accurate records of trades, performance metrics, and trading activities.

Continuously learn and stay updated on market developments, trading techniques, and industry best practices.

Participate in training programs, workshops, and educational sessions to enhance trading skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with other team members to contribute to the overall success and growth of the trading desk.

**Requirements**:
Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and investments.

Basic knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, currencies, and commodities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

Excellent numerical and mathematical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

High level of discipline, focus, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and continuously improving trading skills.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Relevant certifications or courses in trading and investments are a plus.
