**Investor Relations Manager**

**JOB SCOPE**

The position is for a Investor Relations Manager based Singapore. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for investor relations and will assist heavily in business development and fund raising.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and implement all aspects of the marketing, sales and investor relations activities of the Company to its current investor base and to expand the Company’s investor base.

The role will lead fundraising efforts to ensure target sums are raised from a diverse set of clients, for each offering.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_Investor Relations and Fund Raising: _**
- Manage existing client base and prospect to new clients to ensure fundraising targets are met.
- Initiate and lead of all aspects of the marketing and fundraising cycle from fund concept, PPM preparation, launch, “road show” presentations, marketing, LP diligence and closing of investor capital commitments.
- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework by coordinating and overseeing the management of CRM system and client communications.

**_Business Development: _**
- Identify business opportunities for the Company.
- Market these opportunities and products to prospective investors.

**_Reporting and Communications: _**
- Model and communicate fund performance and other relevant information for/to investors, such as monthly valuation models for each investment, quarter forecasts of investments' financials.
- Handle client inquiries and act as an effective bridge between the Company and its investors.
- Drafting presentations and memorandums for senior management.

Experience in deal sourcing and financial/investment analysis is also preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Investment/Finance/Accounting/Economics.
- Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of the PE/VC markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of English and Mandarin.
- Able to operate individually or as a group in a fast-paced team working environment.
- Resourceful and takes initiative.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
